About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will further develop our marketing strategy — data-driven, creative, and focused on our growth targets
You will manage all digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email marketing) and test new approaches
You will be responsible for our content planning, campaigns, and creative assets — together with our creative team
You will work closely with our marketing consultant (an award-winning founder), sales, and executive management
You will analyze KPIs and continuously optimize our performance marketing activities
You will further develop our brand presence and ensure visibility — nationally and internationally

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are fluent in German and have very good English skills
You have experience in marketing — ideally in a digital environment or e‑commerce
You enjoy both strategy and execution — from concept to evaluation
You think entrepreneurially, work autonomously, and have a hands-on mentality
You have experience with common marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Figma, CRM systems, and various AI tools such as Claude Code)
