About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct primary email and occasional phone communication with external labs regarding flavors, scents, raw ingredients, and testing protocols.
Coordinate directly with contract manufacturers via email to oversee production schedules, monitor lead times, and align on logistics.
Research, vet, and source alternative laboratories, ingredient suppliers, and manufacturers for backup options or expansion.
Document, structure, and maintain records of vendor communications, lab results, ingredient specifications, and operational workflows.
Partner with internal Product and Operations teams to align external timelines with product launches and stock needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or vendor management.
Experience in CPG, food/beverage, beauty, or chemical testing preferred.
Proven experience coordinating ingredient testing, specifications, or production runs with external partners.
Professional C1/C2 written and spoken English.
Ability to troubleshoot tools independently.
Ability to build clean documentation systems.
Ability to manage workload autonomously while working remotely.
