About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create promotional trailers and highlight reels for podcast episodes.
- Identify the best moments from episodes and turn them into engaging short-form content.
- Edit videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
- Animate graphics, titles, lower thirds, captions, and branded elements.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all video and motion assets.
- Build and manage a library of reusable templates and branded elements.
- Adapt content across multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
- Support video and motion graphic needs for live events and sponsorship deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, or video production.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Strong ability to follow and maintain brand guidelines.
- Able to identify compelling moments and create attention-grabbing edits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Frame.io.
- Experience with audio-driven animation.
- Podcast or long-form content editing experience.
- Experience creating assets for live events or sponsorship campaigns.
