About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end ad creative development, from concept to published asset.
- Manage and direct internal content teams and external UGC creators to scale production.
- Own the Meta Ads Manager account—campaign structure, budgeting, and daily optimization.
- Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
- Continuously test new angles, formats, and hooks while killing underperformers fast.
- Stay ahead of DTC creative trends to ensure our ads remain fresh and competitive.
Requirements
What you’ll need- E**xperience managing Meta Ads for DTC brands (proven track record of driving ROAS).**
- Strong understanding of what makes creative convert—hooks, thumbstoppers, copy, and formatting.
- Experience leading or directing creative teams (internal and/or external UGC creators).
- Ability to balance creative intuition with performance data to make rapid decisions.
- Excellent communication and briefing skills to align teams around clear goals.
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and scaling winning concepts.
