About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end ad creative development, from concept to published asset.
  • Manage and direct internal content teams and external UGC creators to scale production.
  • Own the Meta Ads Manager account—campaign structure, budgeting, and daily optimization.
  • Analyze creative performance data and translate insights into actionable creative briefs.
  • Continuously test new angles, formats, and hooks while killing underperformers fast.
  • Stay ahead of DTC creative trends to ensure our ads remain fresh and competitive.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • E**xperience managing Meta Ads for DTC brands (proven track record of driving ROAS).**
  • Strong understanding of what makes creative convert—hooks, thumbstoppers, copy, and formatting.
  • Experience leading or directing creative teams (internal and/or external UGC creators).
  • Ability to balance creative intuition with performance data to make rapid decisions.
  • Excellent communication and briefing skills to align teams around clear goals.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and scaling winning concepts.
