About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design static ad creatives for paid social campaigns.
- Create image ads, carousels, thumbnails, and promotional assets.
- Produce multiple creative variations for testing.
- Collaborate with media buyers and performance creative team.
- Apply direct-response design principles.
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for performance.
- Create Lo-fi “ugly ads” as needed.
- Iterate creatives based on campaign results.
- Support creative testing initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong graphic design portfolio.
- Experience creating static ads for paid social on SaaS/Apps.
- Understanding of direct-response marketing.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to design for conversion rather than aesthetics alone.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
- Nice-to-Have
- DTC/eCommerce experience.
- Meta Ads creative experience.
- Understanding of performance metrics.
- Experience creating creatives for high-volume testing environments.
