About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit short-form video ads for Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Create and optimize Reels, Shorts, UGC-style ads, and direct-response creatives
- Edit long-form video sales letters (VSLs) and promotional videos
- Transform raw footage, creator content, and existing assets into conversion-focused advertisements
- Add captions, motion graphics, hooks, transitions, and visual elements that improve engagement and performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience editing video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creatives
- Experience creating short-form content, including Reels, Shorts, and UGC-style ads
- Ability to edit VSLs and longer-form promotional content
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Available to work full-time and dedicated exclusively to this role (no moonlighting)
