Key responsibilities & impact

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Create and maintain project schedules
Work with project teams to remove roadblocks
Oversee all phases of the project, from initial design and permitting to final walkthrough and client handover
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources
Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
Build the project timeline framework
Coordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and site visits
Proactively address and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays
Use project management software to maintain schedules and track progress
Collaborate with design, sales, and accounting to keep the process transparent and on track
Maintain regular communication with clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors
Clearly communicate project expectations and progress
Prepare and submit regular scorecard reports to management
Evaluate team performance based on data analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on remodeling and renovations - Mandatory
Proven track record of successfully managing remodeling and renovation projects
Solid knowledge of construction processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficiency with project management software (BuilderTrend is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus
