About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate and qualify seller leads through outbound prospecting.
- Conduct outreach to expired listings, FSBOs, and database contacts.
- Perform circle prospecting and database reactivation campaigns.
- Handle objections and nurture leads through consistent follow-up.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, investors, and referral partners.
- Contribute to process improvements and follow established workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred experience includes expired listings, FSBOs, circle prospecting, database reactivation, investor leads, cash offer leads, and long-term nurture campaigns.
- 2+ years of real estate Inside Sales Agent experience OR 2+ years of seller-focused outbound prospecting experience.
- Experience with seller lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
- Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM and prospecting tools.
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking style.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with homeowners.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and relationship-driven.
