About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow website traffic and brand visibility
- - Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- - Analyze YouTube performance data including CTR, audience retention, watch time, engagement, and subscriber growth
- - Identify opportunities to improve YouTube content performance and audience growth
- - Monitor and report campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions
- - Understand how paid traffic and organic content strategies work together
- - Contribute strategically to long-term audience growth and community building
- - Research competitors, audience behavior, and digital trends
- - Work closely with content and creative teams to improve overall platform performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- - Proven experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- - Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
- - Experience analyzing YouTube channel analytics and performance data
- - Strong understanding of YouTube growth strategies and audience retention optimization
- - Familiarity with YouTube SEO and content optimization strategies
