Sales Development Representative – Payment Solutions
PairedSales Development Representative educating cannabis dispensaries on payment processing solutions and booking qualified appointments for the senior closing team. Driving the front end of sales pipeline remotely.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Refine and execute an outbound sales strategy to reach cannabis dispensary decision makers
- Set qualified appointments for the sales closing team on a daily basis
- Educate potential clients on payment processing solutions, including debit and credit card acceptance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients throughout the sales process
- Manage the full outreach cycle from lead generation to appointment handoff
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of sales experience with a strong cold calling background
- Ability to quickly build rapport with prospects over the phone
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and moving leads through a pipeline
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Available to work 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern (preferred)
- Experience in payment processing or the cannabis industry is a plus
