About the role

  • Editing talking-head and screen-recorded footage into engaging tutorials
  • Cutting mistakes and unnecessary sections
  • Synchronizing camera footage with screen recordings
  • Adding animations, visual effects, and on-screen elements
  • Using AI tools to enhance visuals and storytelling
  • Maintaining consistent pacing and structure across videos
  • Uploading completed videos to Frame.io for review
  • Implementing feedback and revisions when required
  • Managing time effectively to meet daily and weekly deadlines
  • Producing 4–5 high-quality videos per week

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a YouTube video editor
  • Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement
  • Experience editing tutorial and explainer-style content
  • Proficiency in at least one professional editing tool:
  • Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects, or similar
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time management and reliability
  • Ability to complete a full 8–12 minute video within 8–9 hours
  • Availability for full-time work
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Experience creating custom animations and VFX
  • Familiarity with AI-based editing and animation tools
  • Experience using:
  • Frame.io
  • Remotion
  • Higgsfield Vibe Motion
  • Interest in AI, automation, and tech-related content
