About the role

  • Review new client requirements from the sales team, analyze hiring needs, and create comprehensive kickoff emails to set clear expectations

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in a US-based recruitment agency or staffing firm
  • Proven track record managing US clients (either as a recruitment manager, project manager, or operations assistant)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations professionally
