About the role
- Review new client requirements from the sales team, analyze hiring needs, and create comprehensive kickoff emails to set clear expectations
- Brief and guide recruiters on client requirements, set delivery timelines, and follow up on candidate submissions
- Review and vet candidates before client presentation to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards
- Handle escalations, resolve issues, and address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working in a US-based recruitment agency or staffing firm
- Proven track record managing US clients (either as a recruitment manager, project manager, or operations assistant)
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle client escalations professionally
