Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a standard (non-AI) portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience creating AI-generated or AI-assisted videos, with a separate AI-focused portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with AI video and audio tools such as ElevenLabs, Flow (Nano Banana Pro + Veo 3.1), Kie AI, or similar.
- Strong understanding of short-form ad creatives for lead generation and DTC brands.
- Ability to independently build video assets without relying on filmed talent.
- Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools and workflows.
