About the role
- Plan, organize, and execute events from inception to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
- Utilize sales skills to engage and maintain client relationships, identifying their needs and expectations for each event.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, catering, and technology setup.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Create and present proposals to clients, effectively demonstrating the value of services offered.
- Market and promote events using various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Post-event evaluation, including gathering feedback to improve future events and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator with a strong background in sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in event management software and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges during event execution.
