About the role

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
  • Develop and optimize campaigns focused on B2B lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Drive qualified leads through the full sales funnel, from awareness to conversion
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality
  • Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, copy, and bidding strategies to improve results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align ads with landing pages, offers, and sales processes
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms
  • Set up, manage, and optimize tracking (pixels, conversions, events) to ensure accurate reporting
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience running ads designed to generate leads and move prospects through a sales pipeline
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
  • Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Previous experience working with construction, home services, or trade-related businesses
