About the role
- Develop and maintain a clear visual brand identity for the firm (based on a “winner’s circle / all for the win” concept) across all social media channels.
- Build and execute a content strategy and calendar tailored to B2B audiences (consulting, services, enterprise clients).
- Create and manage short-form and long-form video content, including:
- Clips from podcast recordings (Riverside)
- B-roll and AI-enhanced clips/transitions
- Office/day-to-day recordings provided by the team
- Design static assets (carousels, graphics, quote posts, thumbnails, covers) consistent with the brand.
- Write strong hooks, captions and CTAs aimed at driving profile visits, website clicks and inquiries.
- Manage and grow the firm’s social media accounts (with strong focus on LinkedIn; plus Instagram/YouTube or others as relevant).
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence (e.g. ~3 short-form videos per week plus supporting static content).
- Track and report key metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, leads) and iterate based on performance.
- (Nice to have) Set up or optimize simple funnels from social media to landing pages and booking/forms.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Social Media / Content / Digital Marketing roles, ideally for B2B services (consulting, agencies, legal, finance, or other professional services).
- Building or elevating B2B brand presence on social media.
- Creating content that drives inquiries, demos or booked calls.
- Strong portfolio showcasing:
- Visual branding for B2B brands.
- High-quality static design (carousels, brand assets, graphics).
- Short-form video editing for social platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Hands-on experience with design and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere/Final Cut or similar).
- Comfortable working with podcast footage, B-roll and raw office recordings, and transforming them into polished content.
- Solid understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B channel (what type of content works for decision-makers).
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Based in LATAM and able to work remotely with an international team.

- Experience working with law firms, legal services, or other high-trust professional services.
- Experience setting up simple funnels (landing pages, lead forms, booking tools like Calendly).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads or other paid social campaigns is a plus.
