About the role
- Develop and sustain monthly posting schedules for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts.
- Ensure calendars are consistently maintained at least 2 weeks in advance, in line with product launches, campaigns, and brand stories.
- Create and curate a Pinterest mood board to serve as a collaborative inspiration resource for other creators.
- Produce, edit, and publish original content rapidly (approximately 5 times per week on Instagram and 10 times per week on TikTok).
- Be willing to appear on camera as required.
- Manage incoming user-generated content, affiliate, and influencer collaboration requests, channeling them into paid and organic initiatives.
- Oversee creator relationships, content collaborations, and paid partnerships across all brands.
- Identify and evaluate creators who align with our brand voice and objectives.
- Negotiate deliverables and compensation, managing campaign execution from initial outreach to content delivery.
- Work together with internal teams to monitor performance, usage rights, and potential future collaborations.
- Monitor leading TikTok and Instagram strategists and official platform accounts to foresee changes.
- Utilize tools such as New Engen reports for trend identification and Gumloop for AI automation to stay proactive.
- Swiftly incorporate trending sounds, memes, and formats into brand-consistent executions.
- Engage with the community daily through comments, direct messages, collaborations, and social listening.
- Address inquiries from the community as well as affiliate and creator questions.
- Establish a genuine community presence and generate social proof content.
- Monitor growth, engagement, conversions, and share-of-voice metrics.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports along with actionable optimization suggestions.
- Coordinate efforts with Creative Dose (for ads) and Boardgame Studio (for organic) to ensure cross-channel harmony.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, either for a D2C brand or as a creator managing a personal account.
- A strong portfolio showcasing short-form content that you have shot and edited independently.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling abilities, with a focus on social platforms.
- A solid grasp of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, along with growth strategies.
- Well-organized, proactive, and highly collaborative team player.
- Possesses an AI-first mindset, proficient in tools such as Claude (with MCPs), MidJourney, Runway, Higgsfield, and Gumloop.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when necessary.
- **Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in covering brand activations and events.
- Capability to coordinate and manage micro-creators.
- Knowledge of the synergy between paid and organic strategies in DTC.
