About the role
- Support Operations by ensuring all Plan requirements and quality metrics are met through auditing, documentation upkeep, and timely submission of regulatory reporting
- Maintain and update internal documentation (e.g., SOPs) to ensure teams have accurate and current information
- Own completion and communication of internal audit results
- Execute multiple compliance projects simultaneously and proactively suggest process improvements
- Maintain the in person encounter program
- Attend virtual trainings and webinars and synthesize key learnings for internal stakeholders
- Submit monthly/quarterly reporting accurately and on time
- Independently complete multiple projects while meeting critical deadlines
- Support ad hoc operational needs, including gathering supporting documentation and assisting with plan-specific requests
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, quality, compliance, or operations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Experience using Looker or similar data analytics/reporting tools
- Ability to design organized, easy-to-use trackers and effectively manage workflows in Asana or other similar project management tools
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to navigate ambiguity with resourcefulness
- Confidence in engaging stakeholders by asking clarifying questions during webinars, trainings, and meetings
- Must be able to work PST hours (role listed as Remote - PST Hours)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background checks (criminal history, reference checks, driving records if required)
- Participation in E-Verify to verify employment eligibility
