About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You take strategic ownership of our B2B (Key) accounts — from a structured onboarding to the long-term development of profitable partnerships.
  • As the central point of contact for our renowned business partners, you manage complex issues independently, proactively and with a clear solution focus.
  • You extract targeted strategic insights from interactions with clients and internal processes — and actively drive the development of our products, services and workflows based on these insights.
  • You ensure the quality and ongoing improvement of our CRM system and continuously optimize it for efficiency, scalability and user-friendliness.
  • You analyze market trends, competitor activities and relevant KPIs and derive concrete measures to strengthen and scale our partnerships.
  • You represent PAIR Finance confidently at trade shows, conferences and industry events — occasional travel to events included.
  • You actively contribute to cross-functional strategic projects in Partnerships, Sales and Operations — with high personal responsibility and scope for impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of proven experience in B2B (Key) Account Management or Partnership Management, ideally in a senior role.
  • Strong partner orientation with a deep understanding of the strategic needs of business clients and a consistently solution-focused working style.
  • Strong analytical thinking and very good Excel skills for data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels: excellent German and confident English (B2+) spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of an additional European language is a clear plus.
  • Experience in the FinTech environment or in a fast-growing digital company.
  • Familiarity with adjacent areas such as Sales Operations, Business Development or Inside Sales.
  • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong affinity for data-driven work and digital tools.
