About the role
- Court integrations & automation of court processes
- Interface management: design, specification and implementation of interfaces to courts, authorities and legal service providers
- Process design: development of standardized, GDPR-compliant and scalable process designs optimized for seamless integration into existing product and tech infrastructure
- End-to-End workflows
- Court initiation: initiating dunning/court proceedings with efficient data and document management
- After court / enforcement: systemic management of judgments/titles and enforcement processes, including coordination of service providers
- Court disputes: automated handling of court decisions and communications
- Legal invoicing: optimization of central billing and cost workflows
- Strategic process optimization & project management
- Data-driven decision-making: developing profitability-based processes for court proceedings and KPI-driven prioritization of automation initiatives
- End-to-end implementation: as-is/to-be process modeling (e.g., via BPMN), gap analyses, precise technical specifications, plus squad-based delivery management with go-live coordination, hypercare and continuous improvement
- Service provider management
- Provider management: selection, contract negotiation and performance monitoring of legal, court, address and scoring service providers
- Quality assurance: management of SLAs, interfaces and reporting, as well as conducting RFPs/tenders and planning feature roadmaps
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project/process management within a fintech, legal tech, SaaS, operations or similar environment
- Proven competence in process modeling and documentation (BPMN or equivalent) and in producing specifications for product/development teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills (Legal, Product, Tech, external vendors)
- Solid experience in data-driven work: developing KPIs, conducting cost–benefit analyses and preparing business cases
- Good German skills (B2+) and fluent English, spoken and written
