About the role
- Produce end-to-end, holistic user experiences and engineering-ready design deliverables
- Lead conceptualization, exploration, and user validation to ground ideas in user needs
- Measure impact, share learnings, and iterate to continuously improve outcomes
- Design mobile-first experiences that unlock new opportunities for brands and creators
- Influence product strategy by framing design opportunities, advocating for user needs, and aligning with business goals
- Collaborate closely with developers to deliver polished, reusable, and efficient experiences
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions work across the broader ecosystem
- Maintain and evolve the Design System in partnership with developers
- Contribute to and shape the design team’s culture, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer building and shipping applications or software with a high degree of complexity
- Experience leading large, high-impact projects in fast-paced environments with significant technical and design debt
- Ability to clearly and persuasively articulate design rationale to senior leadership
- Think in systems and design solutions that extend across broader user journeys
- Comfortable designing within constraints while advocating for the ideal state
- Deep understanding of responsive design best practices and the software development lifecycle
- Strong visual design skills with an aesthetic sensibility that prioritizes function while delivering delight
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and maintaining design systems
- Experience measuring impact, user validation, and iterative improvement
