M&A Sales Specialist
PagestreetM&A Sales Specialist leading deal preparation to closure while expanding network in the M&A space. Engaging closely with management to develop new business area.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end deal cycle: from initial outreach through deal preparation to successful closing
- Networking: maintain and expand existing contacts within the M&A environment, including contacts provided by us
- Leverage your own network: build and activate your existing contact network from private equity, M&A advisory firms, and similar organizations
- Close collaboration with the team: coordinate with executive management on deal origination and structuring
- Market monitoring: identify relevant target companies and key contacts within the M&A ecosystem
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in M&A, ideally with successfully closed deals
- Own network in the M&A or private equity scene is an advantage
- Closing mentality focused on results combined with a structured approach to deal preparation
- Confident, professional manner when dealing with decision-makers
- Native-level German; English skills are an advantage
