About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Improve communication with our tax advisor and reduce information loss in accounting
Prepare and provide up-to-date BWA (monthly management) reports for executive management
Build and further develop reporting and budgeting to improve corporate control
Increase overall efficiency and ensure a functioning, forward-looking finance organization
Integrate and roll out the new system with a clear focus on digitalization
Provide current financial data for existing countries and support the integration of additional locations
Assist in resolving open items and arranging payments
Support the establishment of new sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience in finance management or accounting
Experience leading or mentoring teams
Strong affinity for digitalization and system implementation
Hands-on mentality and willingness to work into operational details
Reliability and the experience to act as a peer-level point of contact for the team and executive management
Ability to think strategically and implement pragmatically
Business-fluent English required — unless you have French language skills
