About the role

  • International email & lead marketing (approx. 80%)
  • Develop, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns across the entire funnel
  • Build and maintain automated lead and demand-generation workflows
  • Segment, personalize and analyze campaign performance
  • Hands-on use of tools such as Cognism, Idealfront, Clay, Smartlead or similar platforms
  • Responsible for data quality, workflows and KPI tracking
  • Performance marketing (approx. 20%)
  • Management and execution of SEA and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our CMO to develop campaign strategies
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates and budget allocations
  • Support the ongoing development of the international marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in international email and performance marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Confident with marketing automation and lead-gen tools (e.g. Cognism, Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot or similar)
  • Good knowledge of SEA (Google Ads) and social ads (LinkedIn)
  • Strong data affinity, analytical mindset and structured working style
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented and detail-focused
  • Enjoys collaboration, knowledge exchange and continuous development
  • Very good French skills and good German or English skills
