About the role
- Strategic leadership of the sales team, including building and scaling the sales organization
- Development and implementation of new-customer and existing-customer strategies
- Management of the entire sales cycle: from B2B appointment setting and outreach through sales conversations to closing
- Regular reporting and KPI monitoring to C-level
- Collaboration with consulting teams and specialist departments to ensure seamless customer support
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in acquiring customers and leading sales teams in high-growth markets
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Native German speaker with strong English skills for international clients and team coordination
