About the role
- Lead and further develop the engineering team in day-to-day operations
- Implement new product features together with the team
- Technical oversight and responsibility for the official SaaS platform launch
- Continuous development and optimization of the platform architecture
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements and technical standards
- Regular reporting to executive management
- Close collaboration with the management team to strategically evolve our digital products
Requirements
- Several years of experience in software development and technical leadership
- Solid understanding of modern web technologies, data architectures and cloud infrastructures
- Hands-on mentality — comfortable getting into the code when needed
- Passion for technical excellence, scalability and security
- Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility and enthusiasm for innovation
