About the role

  • Support in managing and coordinating ongoing projects
  • Conduct client meetings and provide support for the SaaS platform
  • First point of contact for customer support – not necessarily a developer, but tech‑savvy and confident with modern tools
  • Assist with grant funding applications and activities in the R&D environment
  • Maintain and prepare project data, and create summaries and documentation
  • Support communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to structured processes
  • Use CRM systems and G Suite applications for project management
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and alignments for management

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Some professional experience in customer support, project work, or administration is desirable
  • Excellent German (C2) and good English (at least B2)
  • Affinity for numbers and interest in finance and organizational topics
  • Confident use of digital tools (G Suite, CRM systems, Excel, etc.)
  • Strong self-organization, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Structured, careful, and solution-oriented working style
  • Interest in funding/grant topics, economic developments, and organizational processes
