About the role

  • Develop, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns across the full funnel
  • Build and maintain automated lead- and demand-generation flows
  • Segment, personalize and analyze campaign performance
  • Hands-on use of tools such as Cognism, Idealfront, Clay, Smartlead or comparable platforms
  • Own responsibility for data quality, workflows and KPI tracking
  • Manage and execute SEA & paid social activities (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our CMO to develop campaign strategies
  • Monitor KPIs, conversion rates and budget allocations
  • Support the development of the international marketing strategy

Requirements

  • Experience in email and performance marketing, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Confident use of marketing automation and lead-gen tools (e.g., Cognism, Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot or similar)
  • Good knowledge of SEA (Google Ads) and social ads (LinkedIn)
  • Data-oriented, analytical mindset and structured way of working
  • Self-driven, solution-oriented and detail-focused
  • Enjoys collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
  • Very good French and good German or English skills
