About the role
- Advance and steward Pager Health’s visual brand identity across marketing and sales channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with our evolving market position.
- Create high-impact visual narratives for digital marketing, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, social media, thought leadership, video/motion, and web.
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and architect persuasive presentation stories for buyers and RFP responses.
- Translate complex and data-heavy healthcare and AI concepts into clear, compelling visuals, including charts, diagrams, frameworks, and infographics.
- Develop scalable templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks that improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
- Own management of the design and media library, maintaining quality control and version integrity.
- Support Growth and executive leadership with polished, data-driven presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
- Introduce modern design approaches and leverage emerging tools, including AI-enabled software, to increase efficiency and creative impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling.
- Proven ability to build narrative arcs that clearly articulate problem, solution, value, and differentiation for sophisticated buyers.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Figma, and related design and motion tools; proficiency in PowerPoint presentation design.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles across both brand and revenue-facing materials.
- Ability to operate as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership, influencing storytelling and establishing structure.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
- A builder’s mindset: you enjoy improving systems, elevating standards, and moving work forward without waiting for perfect inputs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design discipline (graphic design, interaction design, brand and product design, marketing, or media) and/or possess equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Experience working in healthcare, health tech, digital health, SaaS, or similarly complex industries is preferred.
