About the role

  • Partner with the Sr. Sales Operations Manager to drive continuous improvement in sales productivity.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing organizations to analyze workflows and support campaigns.
  • Manage and enhance Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate data and improve user experience.
  • Identify trends and provide actionable insights tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales-related data to improve productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM expertise, including building dashboards and automating workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and pivot tables.
  • Experience applying BANT, MEDDPICC, or similar sales methodologies within Salesforce.
  • Skilled in creating documentation and SOPs to standardize processes.
  • Proficiency with key sales technology tools like Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo Copilot.
