About the role
- Develop clear, differentiated messaging and positioning across our digital wellness portfolio of products.
- Translate technical features into customer-centric value stories tailored to different audiences.
- Collaborate with senior PMMs and product teams to maintain consistent messaging across channels that are tailored by segment, buyer style, and market.
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to plan and execute go-to-market activities for new launches and enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Growth Marketing to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Track performance of campaigns and launches to inform ongoing improvements.
- Manage day-to-day execution details that keep GTM efforts on track and well-communicated.
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs, etc.).
- Deliver training that aligns messaging with real-world sales conversations.
- Ensure the team has what they need to tell a consistent, differentiated story in every interaction.
- Collaborate with growth and customer success teams to execute product marketing deliverables pertaining to RFPs and account retention.
- Collaborate with growth, customer success and product to capture competitive research and summarize key insights to inform positioning and messaging.
- Support collection of customer and market feedback to shape future marketing and product decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS; healthcare tech
- B2B health plan marketing experience strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking and execution chops: Ability to straddle product marketing strategy and execution.
- Proven ability to create compelling messaging for complex, multi-product portfolios targeting different personas
- Experience navigating long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Clear, concise communication skills and comfort presenting to stakeholders
- Experience launching products or features, building GTM plans, and tracking outcomes
- Experience supporting product commercialization
- Comfort working in a matrixed organization, aligning with cross-functional partners, and influencing stakeholders
