About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of the strategic client portfolio for the retail channel.
- Prepare, maintain and monitor commercial dashboards and reports.
- Generate insights and analyses to support the sales team's decision-making.
- Perform forecasting activities and monitor client results.
- Manage commercial budgets and ensure proper use of resources.
- Review and track documentation and internal processes within the commercial department.
- Update pricing and product master data.
- Maintain regular interface with areas such as Logistics, BI, Product Master Data, and other support teams.
- Monitor performance indicators and support the implementation of improvements in commercial processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience in commercial activities with an operational and analytical focus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or home appliances sectors.
- Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence tools applied in a corporate environment.
- Intermediate English.
- Experience managing commercial budgets.
