Mid-level Financial Analyst
Page PersonnelFinancial Analyst managing employee expenses for a multinational consumer goods company. Responsible for ensuring timely payments and auditing expense reports with internal systems.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for reviewing employee expenses, analyzing documentation, performing necessary inquiries via the internal system, posting transactions, and providing information to other departments to ensure proper payment of T&E expenses.
- Verify invoices/receipts, validate expenses, and record them in the appropriate spreadsheet and in the internal system for payment execution.
- Perform expense account reconciliations by extracting data from the system, preparing reconciliations, and making necessary adjustments to control account balances.
- Review overdue processes, identify outstanding issues, contact the person responsible for recording the process in the system, and follow up to resolve them.
- Arrange reimbursement of employee-incurred expenses by reviewing reports and submitting the process for payment.
- Request corporate cards for eligible employees, obtain the signed responsibility agreement, and forward to HR to comply with company policies.
- Ensure bank support for employees.
- Provide support to employees and suppliers (clarify payment, reimbursement, and other inquiries).
- Support internal and external audits related to the area by supplying requested documentation and information, and providing necessary explanations.
- Monitor KPIs related to T&E expense performance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; Power BI desirable.
- Intermediate English (desired).
- Experience in Accounts Payable / T&E.
