Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations on Blackline, investigating variances and unusual transactions, and connecting findings to business impact. Support the Accounting manager in preparing status reports for Director review;
Partner with Tax, Treasury, and Business teams to ensure proper accounting treatment of complex transactions. Listen to different perspectives, bring discussions back to shared goals, and help reach alignment when priorities or interpretations diverge;
Prepare reports for local accounting and US GAAP.
Perform Sox controls.
Assist with internal and external audits and inspections.
Prepare tax filings and support the calculation of direct taxes.
Responsible for generating the ECD and ECF.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting;
Solid experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting;
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS;
Proven experience owning timely monthly close processes end-to-end across multiple entities;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and use data to support decisions;
Demonstrated ability to engage and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality;
Active CPA (CRC);
Advance Excel;
Fluent English;
SAP ERP.
