About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and track project timelines focused on product, covering the full scope from initiation through implementation, stabilization, and handover;
  • Translate operational needs to the Product team to drive appropriate product changes;
  • Monitor feature development by the Product team and filter what should be implemented in operations (when and how);
  • Responsible for overseeing tests of new product features;
  • Define processes that ensure successful implementations, as well as the metrics to be monitored, covering the entire project scope with a product focus, including operational and system-related aspects;
  • Ensure execution of projects by internal and external resources;
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget (when applicable);
  • Review software specifications and changes with the Product team to ensure alignment with operational requirements;
  • Develop project tracking reports for Product initiatives;
  • Interact with multiple teams to consolidate information;
  • Document decisions, processes, and risks;
  • Propose solutions and drive improvements to work methods and systems quickly;
  • Collect and analyze data;
  • Implement reports as needed;
  • Implement improvements, define new processes, and ensure action plans are executed with related teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Experience leading improvement projects such as Kaizen and/or GEMBA, as well as process mapping;
  • Proven experience leading improvement initiatives;
  • Proficiency in SQL;
  • English – Advanced;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office;
  • Experience with Lean, PDCA, and other continuous improvement tools;
  • Preferred: Green Belt certification and proficiency with data visualization/extraction tools such as Power BI and Data Studio.
