About the role

  • Provide operational and analytical support to the Business Partner team, ensuring efficient execution of people processes and alignment with segment strategies.
  • Support the following business units: Private; Global Investment Solutions; Principal; and two International units.
  • Support recruitment processes (screening, scheduling, candidate coordination).
  • Manage, update and maintain vacancy controls and HR indicator dashboards (turnover, headcount, SLAs).
  • Prepare management reports and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations on common topics for the Business Partners (BPs).
  • Support proactive HR initiatives.
  • Assist in managing internal transfers and hiring/onboarding processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational queries from segment leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, People Management (HR), Project Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience as a Business Partner.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills for presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manipulate and present data.
  • Nice to have: Power BI, experience with data tools, basic English.
