About the role
- Monitor data and prepare management reports.
- Support communication with internal areas and the branch network.
- Provide service and support to clients and branches, identifying and resolving operational issues (e.g., transaction or access failures).
- Contribute to improvements in area processes and projects.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Economics, Financial Markets, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Product knowledge (preferably financial products)
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of Design Thinking
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
