About the role

  • Lead the portfolio of strategic digital risk initiatives, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and prioritization based on risk and impact;
  • Act as a strategic PMO, ensuring governance, process standardization and quality of program and project deliveries;
  • Define, monitor and analyze strategic performance and risk indicators (KPIs and KRIs), supporting executive decision-making;
  • Promote integration and alignment between Technology, Risk, Business and other areas, ensuring a single, cross-functional view of digital risks;
  • Structure and track work plans, schedules, capacity, resources and dependencies for initiatives;
  • Manage the vertical's budget, including annual planning, OPEX and CAPEX control, forecasting and variance analysis;
  • Organize and lead executive forums and digital risk governance committees, including preparation of executive materials;
  • Continuously monitor portfolio health, risks, impediments, corrective actions and delivered benefits, including assessment of residual risk reduction;

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics or related fields;
  • Experience in portfolio management, strategic programs or PMO roles;
  • Experience in Technology Risk, Cyber Risk, Information Security or Operational Resilience contexts;
  • Experience with corporate governance, participating in or leading executive committees and reporting to senior leadership;
  • Experience in budgeting, planning, control and budget monitoring, including OPEX and CAPEX management;
  • Knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and frameworks (traditional, agile or hybrid);
  • Experience with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps or similar);
  • Experience preparing executive materials, presentations and management reports.
