About the role
- Perform parameterization, updates, and maintenance of rules in internal systems that support credit products.
- Manage periodic transmission of files and information to government agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct receipt of transfers and commissions.
- Provide technical support to customer service and operations teams, resolving complex inquiries and ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Analyze and resolve operational inconsistencies, contributing to process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Prepare support materials, presentations, and content for internal training.
- Review operational documents, workflows, and checklists, ensuring governance, standardization, and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience with credit products, structured operations, or related areas.
- Advanced Excel; strong command of PowerPoint.
- Power BI and SQL preferred.
- Postgraduate degree preferred.
- Intermediate English preferred.
- Highly analytical, focused profile with strong attention to detail.
