About the role

  • Assist in supervising the activities of outsourced law firms, ensuring information about services provided is up to date and aligned with established standards;
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve operational processes, supporting the implementation of practices that increase efficiency and reduce costs;
  • Maintain regular communication with outsourced law firms, facilitating information exchange and alignment of expectations;
  • Submit requests for judicial deposits and approvals to the Finance department;
  • Prepare supporting materials and documents accurately to assist law firms in drafting pleadings that defend the Bank's interests;
  • Attend hearings and establish contacts with internal Bank areas to better defend the Bank.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed or in progress)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Osasco: 3 days on site and 2 days remote, with the possibility of returning to 100% on site
  • Experience working in labor law within companies or law firms
  • Basic English
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
