About the role

  • Process Mapping and Standardization: Document and standardize workflows to ensure greater efficiency and compliance with best practices;
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote and propose solutions to optimize processes and reduce waste through operational gemba, benchmarking, and other practices.
  • Training: Develop and deliver training to ensure correct execution and adherence to processes;
  • Data and KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities and corrective actions;
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with operational teams to implement and monitor new processes;
  • Moves and Startups: Provide support and actively participate in expansion projects and operational base transitions;
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identify and analyze issues, proposing practical and effective solutions to correct failures.
  • Process Ownership: Serve as a technical reference for operational processes, acting as a facilitator and providing support for inquiries and systemic issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) — Excel intermediate to advanced.
  • Minimum Experience: Experience in process mapping, continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma), and standardization;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Analytical skills for KPI management and data analysis;
  • Strategic mindset and results-oriented;
  • English: Intermediate level desired.
  • Preferred: Experience in logistics;
  • Preferred: Green Belt certification.
