About the role

  • Manage payroll deduction reconciliation, control voluntary payments, and resolve discrepancies;
  • Process and analyze financial and operational data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information used in remittance processes and contract settlements;
  • Assist in monitoring and managing delinquency rates for payroll-deductible credit products;
  • Produce management reports and presentations (frequently in PowerPoint) to report results and operational status to management;
  • Monitor the product lifecycle, track performance metrics, and help interpret behavior from the product/partner (agreement) perspective.

Requirements

  • Business acumen

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
