About the role
- Manage payroll deduction reconciliation, control voluntary payments, and resolve discrepancies;
- Process and analyze financial and operational data sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information used in remittance processes and contract settlements;
- Assist in monitoring and managing delinquency rates for payroll-deductible credit products;
- Produce management reports and presentations (frequently in PowerPoint) to report results and operational status to management;
- Monitor the product lifecycle, track performance metrics, and help interpret behavior from the product/partner (agreement) perspective.
Requirements
- Business acumen
- Experience with the payroll-deductible credit card ecosystem
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills
