About the role
- Responsible for supporting the team in the planning and control of logistical operational activities according to established guidelines, through analysis of operational performance indicators, meetings to resolve process deviations, and monitoring of process audits. Ensure the operational efficiency of pick-up/drop-off points (PUDO) by tracking indicators, conducting field visits, and implementing corrective actions to secure the expected quality and performance.
- Assist the logistics operations supervisor and respective team leaders with the operation's administrative routines;
- Perform basic analyses and finalize process indicators using available databases;
- Populate process indicators by analyzing KPIs with the operations team, using systems and/or reports;
- Monitor operational indicators and propose action plans when necessary;
- Support the supervisor and team leaders in regular meetings with operations;
- Monitor the execution of operational tests;
- Track the development, implementation, and control of projects to ensure continuous process improvement and increased operational productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Intermediate skills in Google Sheets, Power BI, Excel, and SQL. Python is a plus;
- Preferable experience in logistics and indicator/KPI management.
- Driver's license (CNH) - Category B
