About the role
- Create market RFQs according to demand;
- Negotiate with suppliers on payment terms, prices, and quality, and ensure contractual service delivery;
- Monitor the purchase order process from issuance through supplier payment;
- Ensure deliveries occur on time and in the required quantities (OTIF);
- Update dashboards with internal and external indicators, ICT, and supplier management;
- Coordinate with the planning team on high-consumption items to ensure supply and/or appropriate contracts;
- Ensure correct information is communicated to the Planning, Warehouse, and Operations teams;
- Hold regular follow-up meetings with the Operations team;
- Develop processes together with the Purchasing ERP project with a focus on cost and continuous improvement;
- Execute sourcing and proposal equalization processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or university degree (in progress or completed).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and tools such as SAP, ORACLE, and ARIBA; experience in negotiation and purchasing.
- Experience purchasing maintenance materials.
