About the role
- Focus on administrative support activities, especially in secretarial duties, materials control, and third-party/vendor management.
- Manage complex calendars for directors, exercising sound judgment to prioritize and reschedule commitments.
- Receive agendas and appointments, ensuring organization and alignment.
- Support general administrative activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including end-to-end logistics when possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
- Experience or knowledge in secretarial duties, materials control, and third-party/vendor management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with different departments and professional profiles.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities — essential for handling multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in tools: Outlook; Microsoft Office (intermediate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Teams (meeting scheduling).
