About the role

  • Measure the performance of institutional channels, such as Viva Engage, email marketing (including Salesforce Marketing Cloud), corporate portal banners, and access/navigation metrics on SharePoint
  • Operate existing dashboards and spreadsheets (Excel and Power BI), ensuring regular updates
  • Create, develop and recommend improvements to current dashboards
  • Structure recurring reports (weekly, monthly and on-demand)
  • Conduct studies on employee behavior regarding consumption of internal communications
  • A plus will be the ability to identify trends, patterns, opportunities and bottlenecks in the distribution of internal content

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or preferably completed degree in related areas such as Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, Data, Engineering, Technology, among others (no restrictions)
  • Experience with data analysis
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate/Advanced)
  • Basic knowledge or interest in learning: analysis of internal communication channels; digital engagement metrics; Salesforce Marketing Cloud (a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret data to generate insights
  • Organized, detail-oriented and responsible with deadlines
