About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute the development of scalable, secure software capable of handling large volumes of data and mission-critical applications.
- Evaluate, discuss, and define system architecture, proposing improvements and promoting technical cohesion and consistency across business processes.
- Lead the creation and implementation of new features and products that simplify and increase the productivity of the customer experience, ensuring delivery and follow-up.
- Analyze the impacts and risks of changes to applications.
- Create and monitor quality and performance metrics for the developed applications.
- Work in partnership with the Information Security team to ensure the platform’s reliability.
- Contribute to the evolution of the team’s technical processes, including practices such as Dojo and Pair Programming.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience developing microservices.
- Experience with Cloud Computing, preferably AWS.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Experience with DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with software version control.
- Experience with CI/CD.
- Knowledge of API architecture, documentation, and implementation.
- Experience modeling and integrating with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with distributed, resilient, scalable, and high-performance architectures.
- Experience with message brokers and streaming.
- Knowledge of software quality best practices, including automated testing, security, monitoring, and documentation.
- Knowledge of distributed batch processing.
