About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, lead and support Product Analysts responsible for overseeing products focused on Controllership.
Support teams in building the product vision, aligned with the company's strategic objectives and key stakeholders.
Develop and monitor the strategic plan and define the evolution roadmap for accounting, regulatory and tax topics.
Support teams in decision-making regarding backlog prioritization.
Directly manage, monitor and drive feedback and development cycles for Product Analysts.
Share product planning and progress with leadership and stakeholders.
Define, collect and report Product metrics.
Periodically report, in an executive format, the progress of the product development roadmap and improvements.
Understand the engineering and business considerations required for product launches as well as their ongoing support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Technology or related fields.
Proven experience in product management, participating in multidisciplinary projects that involve interaction between business and technology areas.
Experience in people management and working across all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
Strong product and/or project management skills for the Accounting area.
Knowledge of product management methodologies: PMI (PMBOK), Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and/or hybrid approaches.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira. Skilled in preparing and tracking schedules, status reports, executive presentations and action plans.
