About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create wireframes, flows, user journeys, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Ensure usability and accessibility best practices and consistency with the Design System.
- Facilitate co-creation sessions and actively collaborate with product, engineering, and other business areas.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable insights.
- Document discoveries, decisions, and deliverables clearly and in an organized manner.
- Use data and track metrics to inform decisions and advocate for the user in product discussions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Designer (end-to-end process).
- Strong knowledge of Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in agile teams and with continuous discovery and delivery routines.
- Nice-to-have / to stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:
- Experience with cards, loans, or credit products.
- Experience with payments, banking, or financial products.
- Familiarity with Adobe, Maze, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Intermediate English.
