About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in understanding and providing guidance on regulatory standards and reports, especially regarding payroll-deductible loans (Crédito Consignado), insurance, Ombudsman, and Customer Relations (these areas are the role's internal clients).
Support interactions with the Central Bank of Brazil, regulatory bodies, and card networks — preparing engagement strategies, validating evidence/compiling dossiers, following up on action plans, and preparing materials for senior management.
Govern and monitor metrics related to the volume of advisory opinions/reports provided to internal client areas.
Conduct compliance assessments of processes and controls across business lines, evaluating the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations in relation to the products offered.
Collaborate with various teams across the company to identify potential risks and develop appropriate risk management strategies, as well as monitor implementation of action plans.
Develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
Some experience in Compliance or Legal areas dealing with financial institutions.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Advanced English.
Power BI.
Experience or certifications/specialization in financial products.
